How It Works
INITIAL MEETING
A free consultation over the phone or video chat for you to get a feel for what it’ll be like working together. We’ll chat about your dreams and visions and how we can make it all work.
BOOKING
We’ll finalize your retainer and sign the dotted lines to secure your booking. You’ll complete a questionnaire that’ll help us to get the next steps organized.
PLANNING + CONSULTATIONS
We'll work closely with you to ensure your photography dreams will come true and that we know which things are most important to you about your day.
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
A chance for us to capture some really beautiful, candid photos of you and your partner in a relaxed environment. Just the two of you, being you.
YOUR WEDDING
We’ll show up excited and ready to capture your day - without missing a beat. We will be on watch out for every special moment so that you can simply enjoy the day!
SNEAK PEEK
Let’s relive your big day all over again! We know you can’t wait so we’ll send you 10-15 teaser photos a couple of days after your wedding.
GALLERY DELIVERY
Your wedding photos will be delivered through a beautifully curated online gallery within 6-8 weeks after your wedding.
ALBUM DESIGN
We’ll design your album together, encapsulating all your favorite moments. A generational treasure to be shared for the years to come.

Anywhere and everywhere. We love to travel, contact us for a quote.
WE LOVE YOUR WORK! HOW DO WE LOCK YOU IN?
After our initial meeting and determining which wedding collection is the best fit for your day, we will send you a Proposal through an online form with your package details, payment schedule, a contract to sign, and a retainer invoice to pay. Once all paperwork and the retainer are received, your special day is secure.
CAN YOU HOLD OUR DATE?
We serve our clients on first-come-first-serve basis. The date is officially yours once the contract is signed and the retainer is paid.
SO HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
Our shooting style is dependent on the client. We embody a mix of editorial, fine art and photojournalism. Our goal is to capture the essence of your day with your vision at the helm. All while retaining that special pop of vibrancy that we love and adore.
SHOULD WE DO AN ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
It’s optional BUT I’d highly recommend it. First, it’s a great way for us to get to know each other. We’re with you all day at your wedding. Having an engagement session helps knock off any potential camera jitters you may have. It also lets you catch the loved and adored Trinity Marie Photography vibe. So let’s be friends and make this fun.
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL FOR THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
All locations farther than 50 miles away from Pennsauken NJ, will be subject to a travel fee.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
The number of photos that will be delivered depends on many things – length of coverage, size of your bridal party and number of guests, travel time in between the locations, etc. Our bare minimum is 600 photos for an eight-hour day.
HOW LONG DOES IS TAKE TO RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
After the wedding, you’ll receive sneak peeks within 24 – 48 hours. Full galleries are typically delivered between 8 – 10 weeks after your wedding.
HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?
You’ll receive a link to your online gallery and slideshow to watch and relive your wedding day. Around the same time, you’ll also receive a beautiful package in the mail with your USB.
DO WE OWN THE COPYRIGHT?
No. Trinity Marie Photography retains the copyright for images taken. Do not fear there is a difference between copyright and print rights. You will 100% receive print rights.
CAN I PRINT MY PHOTOS ON MY OWN?
Absolutely. High-resolution files are included in all of our packages. You can print as many copies as your heart’s content. You can easily order photo prints from us through your online gallery or print your photos through your favorite printing service.
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Absolutely! Generally payment installments are as followed; 33% non-refundable retainer to secure your date, 33% due halfway from your wedding date and the last payment is due a month before your wedding.

WHAT DO WE DO IF IT RAINS ON OUR WEDDING DAY?
We can get creative with some indoor shots that you will love all the same.
WHAT IF THERE’S AN EMERGENCY & YOU CAN’T MAKE IT?
We make a point of knowing as many talented photographers in the area as possible just for this reason. We’d find you a photographer of equal style and experience.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH SAME SEX WEDDINGS?
Yes. Love is love and we’re in the love business.
